Banquet

Where: Adagio Bed and Breakfast, 1430 Race Street, Denver
Cost: $25.00 plus 9.10% tax and gratuity per person

Once per year we celebrate with our Vintager banquet. This is a luxurious night out in the best Victorian fashion.  Come join us for this gourmet evening! Bring your own choice of wine and / or other spirits. Good scotch is always appreciated!

New: Since Helen now has her own liquor license, there is a $5.00 per bottle "cork charge" on any bottle we bring ... a very reasonable accommodation. Wine is available by the glass ($7.00) or bottle ($21.00). Pipes and cigars may be smoked outside on the porch. Feel free to also bring any new double gun you care to display.

Appetizers: Yes

Salad: Mixed greeens with goat cheese, dried cranberries and candied walnuts

Main course: 

Your choice of one of the following:

1.  Beef rib-eye steak with gorgonzola sauce

or

2.  Cornish rock hen with cranberry/orange glaze

or

3.  Salmon coulibiac (salmon, rice, mushrooms and herbs in puff pastry) with hollandaise sauce

All entrees accompanied by potatoes dauphinoise, a green vegetable, and desert.

Desert: Usually cheesecake, rum cake, carrot cake served buffet style
