Sixteen rough and ready Vintagers attended our annual pheasant shoot at Rocky Mountain Roosters on March 7th. Four inches of fresh snow and brisk weather made for a perfect hunting day with great scenting conditions for the dogs. Of course, once the dogs find the birds, the rest is up to us and our trusty SxS's didn't let us down. Fine shotguns, great dog work, Vintager camaraderie and a wee dram at the clubhouse closed out a memorable day....To the double trigger.
