The 4th of July weekend, we will be gathering at Spur Outfitters' Lodge near Saratoga, Wyoming for our summer cast and blast. For those who want to float the North Platte River, Friday, July 4th is the day.
Spur Outfitters will be open for the Vintagers on the 4th of July, for all of those who want to make it a four-day weekend and have a Cowboy 4th of July in Saratoga. Fisherman who want an early start on the North Platte River Friday morning may also stay at the lodge on the 4th. Please contact Amy Buttle for all reservations:

The Silver Spur Ranch is a spectacular place for our July gathering. It spreads across 175,000 acres of Wyoming and supports cattle ranching, farming, hunting, varminting, trout fishing and of course sporting clays. The clays course is arranged in a loop that goes from prairie grass to boulders and sage, to trees and brush. It's a hoot to shoot!
If you want to bring your varminter gear, we are planning a Dog & Beer event on Friday afternoon and when I say "dogs" I mean prarie dogs! The "Beer" will be at the lodge after the shooting. We may also have a dog shoot on Sunday morning before heading home, if there is enough interest.
